Steel Safe Rooms
Installed in about 10 days
We are about 10 days out on new Steel Safe Room orders to have them built and installed. We can build any size you want, even down to the inch.
Our Safe Rooms are rated for an EF5 Tornado. Our design meets or exceeds FEMA guidelines and have passed the Texas Tech Impact Test. They have a 10 year warranty against leaks and corrosion.
We use OUR Employee’s to build and install the safe rooms, we Do Not use sub contractors for any of our installs.

- We can key the deadbolt on the Safe Room to match your Front Door on site when we install your Safe Room

Concrete Safe Room Specifications
- The Safe Rooms meet or exceed FEMA standards and have passed the Texas Tech Impact Test
- Poured with a minimum of 6,000 psi concrete
- 4″ thick walls and is poured with a Rebar Cage
- 7’6″x9’6″ and 11″ thick Slab Included on this style
- 36″ steel door with three deadbolts
- Door swings outward and can hinge left or right
- Grey or Brown Flagstone Decorative Pattern
- Secured to Slab with Anchor Bolts

Above Ground Custom Concrete Safe Room
- We can build any size you want
- Concrete is 3500 PSI
- Concrete walls have Brick Stamp Pattern
- Walls are 8″ thick, Ceiling is 10″ thick
- Floor Slab is 5″ thick with a 2×2 footer, rebar #5 on 12″ centers
- Double reinforce with rebar and fiber mesh
- Steel door rated for an EF5 Tornado
- Door frames are cast into the wall
- 3 tornado latches on door on inside

Oklahoma Safe Rooms
The Steel Safe Rooms are Custom Built to any size you would like.
An Oklahoma Safe Rooms can be installed as a separate exterior room. Part of an existing home garage. Or any room of a pre-manufactured home’s interior. If you would like something custom in mind we can help you with your plans. They have been tested at Texas Tech. The Steel Oklahoma Safe Rooms have passed FEMA certifications. They will withstand impacts of an EF-5 Tornado.
On installation day your Safe Room is delivered completely assembled. The installers will unload the Safe Room. We roll it to where you want it to go. Our Safe Rooms come with a Steel Floor. We anchor the safe room to the floor this will give it a more secure hold. Most all other Safe Rooms do not have a floor. The floor for other Safe Rooms is what you set the Safe Room on. The installation time for our Oklahoma Safe Rooms are usually about 30 to 45 minutes.
